Mónica Velarde Lazarte’s work is grounded in systemic thinking with a holistic understanding of organisations as living systems and communities. Her passion is in bringing together different parts of an organisational system to interact with its wider community and consider its impact on its wider cultural and ecological environment. She has a particular expertise in creating spaces for dialogues between native communities with their respective Health and Energy private and public sector organisations in order to promote learning organisations that are inclusive and loyal to their primary purpose.  

Her primary interest is in the relation of corporate social responsibility and business sustainability through applied systems psychodynamics, creativity and innovation management.  She works on team/ organizational/social leadership development in trans-cultural strategic transformation settings. 

Her work is based on Group Relations, systemic and psychodynamic approaches. She has staffed Group Relations and Group Dynamics Conferences in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Cuba, France, Italy, Germany, Panama, Peru, United Kingdom and United States of America.  She is a reaseach associate in the London Multimedia Lab at LSEDirector of T-Consult Peru, a research based consultancy working with latest tendencies in Management, Leadership and Human Resources Strategies. she works as Director of Group Relations programmes at Esan Business School and  Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas where she holds faculty positions. 
As a management coach she challenges managers to innovate with their clients by transforming through actions and the complex dynamics of their organizational life. She aims to inspire meaning and spirit through creative strategies. Her coaching clients come from private, public and native American-Indian communities sectors.. She works in Spanish, French and English; she is able to understand Italian and Portuguese. Educated internationally she holds a She hold a Postgraduate diploma in Leading Consultation, Psychoanalysis and Management from IFSI and Hull University Business School, a Licensentiate Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Lima, Peru where she previously earned a Bachelor in Psychology degree.
