
Patrick Humphreys BSc, PhD, FRSA
Professor Patrick Humphreys is Director of the London Multimedia Lab for Audiovisual Composition and Communication and the Development Director of Live Provenance Ebdeavour. He led the LSE RTD team on the EU FP7 CADIC project. He directed the project “Creative Partnerships: Pathways to Value” for the Arts Council England and leads the RTD team for the European Union framework Project “InCaS: Intellectual Capital Statement, Europe”. He is responsible for the LML’s joint initiative with ZenZone Media Lab, Beijing on “Spritivity Workshops” He has expertise in innovative and creative decision-making, decision support systems, and enhancement of resources for health, culture, development, and networking.
Patrick Humphreys has been involved in initiatives on organisational transformation, business innovation clustering and community development and mall business sector development in many countries, including SaRA in Peru.
He is a past chair of IFIP WG8.3 and holds IFIP's Silver Core Award. In 2006 he was programme chair for the IFIP WG8.3 conference on Creativity and Innovation in Decision making and Decision Support and was a sponsor of the workshop “Live dialogues between different individuals and alternative urban models in the Pearl River Delta” coordinated by Vitamin Creative Space, Guangzhou.
Partick Humphreys is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Industry and Commerce ,Emeritus Professor of Social Psychology at LSE and International Chairman of The International Creative Industries Alliance, China.
