Jyotica Bedi has run a successful Education and Career Advisory firm for the past 23 years- Kinetic Potential Explorers (www.kpeindia.com) an institution dedicated exclusively to students, assisting them with scholarships, education, areer and personal guidance and counselling. She is a passionate life skills xpert, with an action-oriented approach to helping clients. Her expertise includes mental health advocacy, life skills as well as parenting/relationship/wellbeing training in addition to career advisory. She is experienced in family and educational guidance, along with being a human resource development expert based in Delhi for the past 23 years.
Jyotika was awarded the "Young Innovator and Entrepreneur 2016" by All Ladies League - World Economic Forum. In 2017, she initiated the Global Women's Group, a women support community, focused on women empowerment and child & family enrichment. The aim was to help women grow intellectually, emotionally, psychologically, professionally and spiritually. She initiated the Women's Power Meet 2018 - a one-of-a-kind branding and networking event where women from various aspects of life came together to showcase their ventures and network.She organised the grand Happiness festival 2019 where parents and teenagerrs came together to connect, communicate and create bonds through Music and Monologues. She has been a Tedx speaker: twice in 2020 and also in 2024. Her current passion is Happiness Is Love (Empowering Lives, Strengthening Relationships, Creating Happiness(www.happinessislove.org).
