The Provenance Creator App and Platform
The Provenance Creator App and platform powers and supports Ecosystems like Leonandri and Sail Cargo Alliance, ensuring their Sustainability and offering possibilities for social innovation. It enables the live provenance of the products in the ecosystem to be certified an enhanced, together with that of the individual creators. Support an also be provided by this platform tat enables young people participating in the ecosystem to develop social innovations, publicised through audio-visual productions distributed worldwide, thus enhancing the provenance of the creative embroiders and of the young people creating these audio-visual productions. This makes “lace-making, provenance building and social innovation” careers attractive to young people, ensuring Lefkara Lacemaking’s future sustainability and economic success.
The Provenance Creator App is designed for use by individual agents who become members of a particular Ecosystem for which has been customised and in which it's implemented. It is a multisided interactive app: enabling and supporting accredited Agents participating in the full variety of roles within the Ecosystem, to implement and access all the functions of the customised Provenance Exploration and Development Support (PEDS) platform.
The Provence CreatorApp supports collaborative working among member Agents. The Provence Creator App’s MariaDB database contains and organises the contents of the work done in interaction with the App by each of the app users i. The MariaDB database is continually updated in a consistent way as the members of the Ecosystem work interactively with their own copies of the App on their personal computers.
This enables structuring and accessing all the information relevant for the operation and enhancement of the ecosystem that is automatically and effectively shared between the member agents in a complete and consistent form through the facilities available to each and all of them when using the App.
A major feature of the Provenance Creator App is that it enables its users to use their personal computers to print QR codes on “Live Provenance Certification” labels that can be attached to every bespoke product created and transacted within the ecosystem. Here is an example of the use of the Leonandri Ecosystem Provenance Creator Ap to do this.
This means that everyone and anyone is able to (and encouraged) to scan these QR-coded labels on the ecosystem’s bespoke products, wherever and whenever they encounter them, using their own mobile phones whereby they are taken to a url where they can immediately access the web-based “Provenance Explorer” App’s facilities. Provenance Explorer is the Companion App for “Provenance Creator”: It Provides similar provenance -exploring facilities as those incorporated into Provenance Creator, but with restrictions that protect the integrity of the Ecosystem’s database, and meet GPDR condition with regard to accessing from the internet personal information about the agents involved in the ecosystem.
