The design of this project involves local implementations in two Indian cities ( Delhi and Dehradun) in liaison with Youth Partners and Communities of Practice supported centrally by Happiness is Love.The Educational Youth partners" in each local area are schools, colleges, and youth-serving institutions that have direct access to students aged 13–25 — who will be our mentees. Their role is to sponsor, identify, and support youth participation..

In this project, the Educational Youth Partners are located in New Delhi and Dehradun, where these organisations have existing responsibilities for promoting young people's career development. They will act as Sponsoring Partners, contributing funds to Happiness is Love's local Community of Practice's implementation expenses, so that mentees, of the sponsoring Partner's choice (i.e.., students from their own institution who would benefit from Anam Cara mentee counselling) are not charged fees themselves in order to receive this counselling,

 A principal aim of Anam Cara is to generate local Communities of practice (Wenger-Trayner, E, et. al., 2023) bottom up. In this project a Community of Practice will be initiated in each location (Delhi and Dehradun) where it will provide ocal implementation management bottom-up in each city The mentor- mentee Matching process is facilitated by hamminess is Love's Provence Creator App bottom-up with facilitation provided by Happiness is Love s Anam Cara counselling coordinator in each city. Its members will work in liaison with the local Youth Partner organisation on activities such as local mentee selection and matching with mentors; monitoring and supporting Aman Cara mentee -mentor interaction processes; researching Proof of Concept and Proof of Value for the implementation of Anam Cara Mentor Counselling for the mentees in the in the locality. The membership of a Community of practice will comprise representatives from the local Youth Partner and from Happiness is Love Central Support, plus Anam Cara counselling Voyager Mentors and Voyager Mentees.

 Each Educational Youth Partner provides mentee safeguarding lead and manage the new mentee sign up. They also manage the implementation of the mentor-mentee matching process in that location in liaison with the Anam Cara Counselling Community of Practice for that location. Local implementation management will be provided collectively and bottom-up in each city Liaison with the Anam Cara Counselling Community of Practice for that location.

The mentor-mentee matching process is facilitated with the aid Happiness is Love's Provence Creator and Provenance Explorer Apps. Once a mentee is matched with a mentor, it is their own joint responsibility, created and maintained bottom-up, to ensure that the actual online interaction process in the sessions where they interact with their matched Anam Cara Mentor as Aman Caras, in order to work together in seeker / provider roles. This process is monitored by the the local Anam Cara Community of Practice, which does not intervene in particular mentor–mentee relationships, but can cancel Happiness is Love's support and responsibility for a mentor-mentee relationship if there is evidence that this is not working to the satisfaction of all concerned. This evidence is gained through collective meetings of mentors in a meeting-room provided by the sponsoring Youth Partner in their locality.
