You will have an initial interview with a member of staff from the Youth Partner Organisation where you are studying. to discuss your participation in this Anam Cara Counselling programme. You will have the opportunity to discuss scenarios that are likely to occur during your mentoring experience. If the Youth Partner organisation decides to sponsor you accepted as a as a mentee on this course, our next step will be to match and pair with you with a mentor that we will propose to you. this mentor will inspire, encourage, and support you. He or she will contribute to your personal and professional development and help you achieve your goals - whatever they may be.
 
Once you confirm that you accept our proposal for matching with your Anam Cara Mentor, you will engage in a long-term relationship with your mentor (for 12 months minimum, and optionally longer) where you’ll receive one-to-one advice and support and guidance tailored to your needs.
The mentor-mentee meetings are online, arranged by the paired Anam Cara mentee and mentor themselves. They are usually scheduled monthly over a period of one year within the framework of the pilot project but may be continued through time without limit if the paired participants so wish.

Each online meeting for will last forminimum of a one hour, approximately once a month with your Anam Cara mentor. Here, you will work in partnership in a with your Anam Cara Mentor:interchanging seeker and provider roles.

You will also have the opportunity to access support with your personal development, exam preparations, further education options, career options, applications, interviews, and settling into a new job or company. You will also receive ongoing support throughout your mentoring from a growing bank of resources available online on the Happiness is Love platform. including your personal copy of the Aman Cara provenance Creator App.
