The Anam Cara Provenance Creator App is available in stand-alone form for installation and use on personal laptop and desktop computers running Mac OS, or Microsoft Windows  operating systems. It is designed for use by persons accredited by Happiness is Love (e.g., Anam Cara Mentors, Mentees and counsellors; associated Youth Partners and Communities of Practice). It is a multisided interactive app: enabling and supporting Agents and Communities of Practice participating in the full variety of roles addressed by the Anam Cara Ontology.
 
The App supports collaborative working among Agents and communities of Practice. The Anam Cara's Provence Creator App’s MariaDB database contains and organises the contents of their collaborative work This enables structuring and accessing all the information relevant for the operation and enhancement of the Anam Cara Provenance Creation and Exploration Platform that is automatically and effectively shared between the member agents in a complete and consistent form through the facilities available to each and all of the agents when using the Aman Cara Provenance Creator App.
 
A major feature of the Anam Cara Provenance Creator App is that this App enables accredited agents unrestricted access to the pull range of facilities for creation, editing descriptions of Agents, Communities of practice, contexts, voyages and transactions.
The "Anam Cara Provenance Explorer” Companion App offers the same provenance-exploring facilities as those incorporated into the Anam Cara Provenance Creator App, but does not incorporate any Provenance Creation or editing facilities. This restriction is designed to that protect the integrity of the Anam Cara MariaDB database from malevolent hackers,
